An Experiment
To convey the tension of being a digital artist. Fine art has always been created and displayed through analog means. What does it mean to be a part of the first generation of artists who create entirely digital content? These are some of the themes expressed in the film.
Lots of Software
Was used in the creation of the film. Part of the exploration of creating personal work is to experiment with new techniques. For example this shot was created through the use of Krakatoa and Houdini. I also developed a new tool in Nuke for creating flares that continues to come in handy.
